Olivet v. Pragad dismissed

Olivet v. Pragad dismissed

A Florida federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Olivet University against the firm’s clients Newsweek CEO Dev Pragad and others, citing a lack of personal jurisdiction. In a July 10, 2025 order, the court found that the defendants did not have sufficient contacts with Florida to be sued there, leading the court to dismiss the case without prejudice.
