“Lol, no.”

4/23 – Entertainment Agency IMG recently sent a legal letter to the Cola Corporation on behalf of its client the Los Angeles Police Department Foundation, demanding that Cola remove the acronym LAPD from a parody t-shirt sold by Cola that included an LA Lakers logo with the phrase “F*** the LAPD” emblazoned on top. Instead of responding in kind, counsel for Cola limited his response to one word and another acronym:  “LOL, no.”
