Sarah Regan, Of Counsel, handles pre-publication and transactional matters for the firm. She is a graduate of Concordia University and New York Law School, where she was an Articles Editor on the Law Review. Prior to working with the firm, Sarah was an associate in the commercial real estate department at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. She also clerked for the Hon. Christine O.C. Miller in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

In addition to her work with the firm, Sarah is a founding member of Regan Law, LLC, where she handles legal matters relating to small businesses, freelancers, and transactional real estate. She also is a board member with the Friends of Stewart Manor Inc., a community organization, and previously served as an adjunct professor at New York Law School.

Sarah is a member of the New York State bar.
